We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx and USPS. In select areas we may also use Best Buy employees or these other carriers to ship items: OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Deliv, Shipt, and Roadie.

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing BestBuy.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.
PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
Free Shipping and Delivery Time
We offer free discreet shipping on all of our products, we use UPS, EMS and DHL, to ship your orders very tightly sealed.
Delivery Time
Order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after we receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping (12 - 20 Business Days) you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.
